Hoodia supplements come in all forms but they all boil down to three basic types: hoodia tincture (a.k.a. liquid hoodia or liquid hoodia extract), hoodia powder capsules, and soon to be P57 hoodia supplements. What are the differences among these and most importantly, which type is the most effective appetite suppressant?
