In this episode, I discuss hoodia side effects and the potential dangers of hoodia diet pills. While there are no known hoodia gordonii side effects, hoodia supplements themselves haven’t been around that long so there isn’t an extensive track record. So far, however, authentic hoodia diet pills have been shown to be safe. There are certain groups of people that should avoid taking hoodia supplements and they are discussed in this episode. Finally, I address the concerns over hoodia’s effect on the liver.
