However, I must admit when I first ran across this brand I was a little skeptical. All I noticed when I visited the Natural Health Hoodia website was the infomercial and the free hoodia trial offer. Call me a cynic, but I don’t trust infomercials and I have yet to discover a free hoodia trial that is real - until now.

Given the fact that the free hoodia trial was verified to be legit and the product itself was so inexpensive, it seemed too good to be true. After all, I’ve always been told that authentic hoodia can’t be given away for free or sold so cheaply because it is expensive. I decided to do more investigating. The first thing I did was call the folks over at Millennium Health to confirm that they were in fact the suppliers for Natural Health Hoodia. I was assured that they were. As far as they knew, Natural Health Hoodia was an authentic hoodia product.

I then talked to Bill Flohr, the President of Natural Health Hoodia, and he too assured me that his product was authentic. He said his product was regularly tested by Alkemists, a leading independent testing laboratory. He even pointed me to a page on their website where you can type in the lot number found on all their bottles to get the exact lab test results for that bottle! I was very impressed. Still not satisfied, I contacted Alkemists Pharmaceuticals to confirm that Natural Health Hoodia was tested regularly by them and I was assured that it was.

I had three pieces of information that confirmed Natural Health Hoodia was real. I had Millennium Health confirming they were their supplier. I had Bill Flohr, the President of the company, assuring me his product was real with a webpage that allowed me to view the lab results for each bottle purchased. Finally, I had Alkemists verifying that they do in fact do regular testing of the product. There was no doubt at that point that Natural Health Hoodia was an authentic hoodia diet pill.

I asked Mr. Flohr about this and he said the answer to that was their TV infomercial called, “The Health Report.” Their infomercial airs hundreds of times a week on local TV stations and national TV networks. In short, they are experts in the infomercial business. With the kind of exposure Natural Health Hoodia gets on television, they are able to attract thousands of customers.

The shear volume of business they get allows them to keep their prices low. That made total sense especially when looking at how other companies that sell authentic hoodia market their products. They mostly market their products online. They don’t mass advertise - certainly not on television. They don’t have nearly the exposure that Natural Health Hoodia has so they have to have a higher markup to make up what they lack in volume.

It is endorsed by Dr. Dave David, a Harvard-educated doctor, and famed BBC reporter, Tom Mangold. Dr. David was trained as an Obstetrician and Gynecologist through Harvard and Tufts Hospitals in Boston, and was the spokesperson for The American Heart Association, The American Diabetes Association and The American Cancer Society. Tom Mangold was the first journalist to tell the hoodia story on the BBC back in 2003. He has covered hoodia gordonii extensively and Natural Health Hoodia is the only brand of hoodia he endorses! These two endorsements say a lot about this brand.

Talk about quality and convenience, this not only allows each capsule to be totally fresh, but it makes it incredibly convenient to take the capsules with you to work or when you’re away from home.
