What Part Of The Hoodia Plant Should Be Used?

I forgot which part of the Hoodia plant should be used in order to know you have the proper Hoodia pill. I recently bought Hoodia Liquid Extreme and it contained per one capsule: 250mg of Hoodia gordonii aerial stem. Now I just bought Hoodoba, which contains per one capsule: 750mg of 100% Pure S.A. Hoodia gordonii succulent stem. Which is the better bet? -msbinky5

MsBinky5:

Aerial stem and succulent stem are the same thing. They’re just different terms for the same part of the hoodia plant so both products are using the same part of the plant. However, I have my doubts about Hoodia Liquid Extreme as the product probably doesn’t contain 100% authentic hoodia gordonii. If it does, it only contains 250mg of hoodia per capsule vs. 750mg per capsule in the Hoodoba product. Obviously, the Hoodoba product is better because it contains more hoodia per capsule. The more hoodia that is in each capsule the better because they will be more effective and you’ll have to take fewer pills throughout the day.

I would definitely recommend Hoodoba over Hoodia Liquid Extreme because you are guaranteed to get a real hoodia supplement. Hoodoba has their products randomly tested by independent labs for authenticity and Hoodoba has never failed that I’m aware of. In addition, if you read my article about the different types of hoodia, you’ll know that hoodia gordonii powder (which is found in Hoodoba’s capsules) is much more effective than hoodia liquid - and much cheaper in the long run.

Hope this helps.
