There may be a few things goin on here. For starters, is the hoodia brand you purchased authentic (is it real hoodia)? Some experts say that the percentage of fake hoodia supplements on the market today may be as high as 80%! If you’re not sure if the brand you purchased is real, compare it to the checklist of things to look for when you buy hoodia.

If the hoodia brand you have is real, then the next question is how much are you taking and how long have you been taking it? Some people need as much as 3,000mg per day for it to work effectively! In addition, it can take as long as two weeks before it starts to work.

Also keep in mind that hoodia does only one thing - suppress appetite. It does not increase metabolism or burn fat. You can’t just take these supplements and expect the fat to melt away. All hoodia does is suppress appetite so you don’t eat as much.
