You don’t mention specifically when after breakfast you are taking hoodia, but if you mean immediately after breakfast it’s not the best time to take it. The best times to take hoodia are in between breakfast and lunch and then again between lunch and dinner. Basically, taking hoodia when you’d normally have your mid-morning and mid-afternoon snacks is the best time to take hoodia.

Hoodia is an appetite suppressant so the idea is to take them before your main meals - before lunch and before dinner - so that you don’t eat as much during those meals. If you take hoodia immediately after a main meal it will do very little for you. You should take hoodia a few hours after breakfast and no earlier than one hour before lunch. And then again a few hours after lunch and then no earlier than one hour before dinner.

If you’re wondering if hoodia diet pills can be taken with vitamins - that it is fine. Vitamins will have no affect on hoodia - nor will hoodia have an affect on the vitamins. In fact, taking hoodia supplements and vitamins is generally a good practice. The vitamins will provide nutrients that you’ll likely lose due to the fact that you’ll be eating less when taking hoodia.
