Try eating turkey (not just for Thanksgiving Day) if you have the craving for a protein food diet, it has leucine which is a protein building block. This helps to avoid excess craving and maintaining metabolism along the course of loosing weight. You may also want to consider berries, low-fat sugar and alike. Do not fret, staying healthy relies on your determination.
