A plan towards a healthier weight loss experience is not impossible. You do not need to give in to crash dieting or those dangerous pills that would promise a quick fix towards shedding off that excess weight. There is no need to worry about not getting that healthy ways towards losing weight. Here are some of the simple yet effective ways on how to achieve a healthy weight loss plan:

Be aware of the place and the environment, chew on your food in a slower place, savor each bite and enjoy the textures and smells of the food that you partake. Perhaps if your mind is wandering on various things, you gently remind yourself and start refocusing on the food and how it feels in your mouth. Chew your food properly, each bite should be chewed 30 times before you swallow it.
