Studies show that at times you may feel hunger and thirst together. Dehydration or the feeling of thirst is sometimes confused with the feeling of hunger. Consequently you would eat and eating will contribute to calorie and fat intake. To avoid this, always keep yourself hydrated. Water also holds back appetite, so when you drink water before meals, you are sure to eat less before feeling full, and this helps lessen calorie intake.

Learn the amount of servings per package and avoid eating more than one serving of food. We are easily tempted to eat more than one serving. For example, half a cup of rice has 300 calories, but the same energy is in a half cup of spinach but has only 15 calories.

For instance, a cup of your favored dessert is 500 calories and your body needs 250 calories to digest it. 250 calories will already be converted to fat. Eating negative foods help avoid this. Some examples of negative foods are orange, pineapple, papaya, lettuce, broccoli, radish and cabbage, so try to include them in your daily meals.
Finally, to lose weight fast and naturally, never skip meals. Some people think that skipping meals will make them slimmer, but the opposite happens. When you avoid food, you tend to hunger and eat more on the next meal, so never get too hungry. A better way would be to have small frequent feedings. Example, you can substitute six small meals to your three heavy meals a day. These are just three simple ways of natural and speedy weight loss. Keep in mind that staying healthy is not just about loosing excess fat, but by looking and feeling fit as well.
