What I Don’t Like About Burn The Fat Feed The Muscle
I have two primary “complaints” about Burn The Fat Feed The Muscle. The first complaint is the sheer volume of information you get. It can be overwhelming. There is a chance some people won’t get through the entire book.
The best thing you can do to overcome this is to print out the book (yes, I know it’s over 350 pages long but this step is crucial). Then simply focus on one page at a time - take notes, highlight information, and review when necessary.
The second complaint I have is the format of this fat loss training program. It is a book loaded with information. You have everything you need at your fingertips to succeed, but in the end, it requires you to take action. Tom isn’t there to keep you motivated like a personal trainer would be so it is totally up to you to stay motivated and to keep pushing forward.
If you have a difficult time staying motivated on your own, then honestly, don’t buy this book. You’ll be better off hiring a personal trainer or joining a fat loss training program that provides ongoing support and motivation.
