Stress Dealing With Those Free Hoodia Offers!
If you’ve read the article I wrote about free hoodia trials back in early 2007, you know I’m not a big fan of them. Even though I’m not thrilled about them, plenty of people are. My inbox is constantly flooded with emails from people wondering if these free hoodia offers are legitimate. This has been the case since this site launched in November 2006.
free hoodia trials they can trust. They don’t want to be scammed!
Sometime in 2007 I searched high and low for a free hoodia offer dieters could try with confidence. I found a company that was offering one and upon further investigation, everything checked out. The offer was solid, the company was in good standing with the Better Business Bureau, and the hoodia diet pills they were giving away for free were high quality and authentic. Since everything looked great, I started recommending it on this website.
However, I decided to stop recommending their offer because the deal they were offering just didn’t make sense the more I thought about it.
why there are better ways to try hoodia.
With their hoodia trial you received two bottles of hoodia diet pills. Each bottle contained 60 capsules with each capsule containing 400mg of 100% authentic and pure hoodia gordonii. Like all the free hoodia offers out there, it wasn’t entirely free. You still had to pay a small shipping and handling fee of $6.95.
And like most other offers like this, you had a 15-day trial period to “test” the diet pills to see if they worked for you. If you didn’t contact them to cancel the trial before the 15-day period ended, you were charged $59.90 for the two bottles and were automatically enrolled in their autoship program.
With the autoship program, you were sent two bottles of their hoodia diet pills every month and billed accordingly. Again, this was nothing unusual. All of these free hoodia offers work like this.
If you did cancel before the trial period ended, then you simply had to return any of the pills you had left. Now keep in mind this would require you to repackage the product, take it to the post office or UPS drop off, and then pay for the return shipping which was probably another $7 or so. At the very least, their free hoodia trial really cost about $14 - not to mention the headache of returning the product if you did cancel.
Now you may be thinking that $14 is pretty cheap to sample hoodia. After all, it beats the $50-$60 you’d normally pay for a bottle of authentic hoodia gordonii. However, keep in mind you only had 15 days to sample the product and if you forgot to cancel during the trial period you were out $59.90 anyway and were enrolled in the autoship program. The inconvenience of having to contact the company to cancel and then go through the hassle of repackaging the pills and sending them back was something to consider as well.
consider buying one bottle of Desert Burn instead.
Here’s why…
Desert Burn hoodia has been around since 2004 and is one of the top-selling hoodia diet supplements on the market today. A bottle of their ZA-750 hoodia diet pills contains 60 capsules with each capsule containing 750mg of 100% authentic and pure hoodia gordonii. You’re getting 350mg more hoodia per capsule than what was offered in the free hoodia trial, or almost double the amount of hoodia gordonii than the free hoodia offer!
I know what you’re thinking, what does a bottle of Desert Burn cost? It will only cost $49.95 plus $5 shipping and handling for a total of $54.95. You’ll pay $5 less buying one bottle of Desert Burn vs. the free hoodia offer! You can only buy Desert Burn at this price if you use my $10 off Desert Burn coupons. Even if you didn’t take advantage of the coupons and paid full price, you’d still only pay $59.95 plus $5 shipping and handling.
The advantages of buying just one Desert Burn bottle over the free hoodia offer should be obvious. You’re getting a far superior product (more hoodia gordonii per capsule) for less, and you don’t have to worry about some silly trial period or deal with the hassle of returning a package. It’s because of this that I decided to stop promoting any free hoodia offer. It’s just doesn’t make sense!
