Until then, I never heard about it even though it was one of the most popular diet pills on the market. To be completely honest with you, I’m not a big fan of diet pills but for some reason hoodia gordonii fascinated me.

The reality is, hoodia doesn’t work for everyone so don’t buy into the hype that all you have to do is pop a few hoodia pills and you’ll magically lose weight or never have the desire to eat again!

There are many hoodia products to choose from but unfortunately most of them don’t contain authentic hoodia gordonii - or they contain so little of it that it won’t do anything to suppress appetite. You need to be an informed consumer before you buy hoodia diet pills to avoid being scammed. You don’t want to throw your money away or put yourself at risk by taking inferior products that might contain ingredients you don’t need. While there are a few hoodia products I highly recommend as shown on my best rated hoodia page, there is enough information on this website to help you decide for yourself what products are best (or if hoodia is even right for you in the first place).

Just remember that regardless of what hoodia diet pills you decide to try, they only address one small piece of the weight loss puzzle - your appetite. To get optimal weight loss results you still need to maintain a healthy, balanced diet and you need to move around a little! It doesn’t need to be anything rigorous. A brisk walk or other moderate activity can go a long way in helping you lose weight.
